On Saturday Olivia rolled over on her own for the first time! I was laying on the bed with her, talking on the phone, and she was playing with some toys. After getting off the phone I decided to give her some tummy-time . . . something I’ve been horribly remiss at. I put her on her tummy, but she still wanted those toys! So she stretched her whole body and reached with both arms, and then suddenly she had flipped on her back. I called Wyatt who was in the computer room, and he came. We put her back on her tummy to see if she could do it again. She did. I don’t think she was doing it on purpose, but she did it about a half dozen times that day, and over the next couple days. Finally on Tuesday she seemed to be doing it at will. She hasn’t rolled from her back to her tummy yet. But my baby girl is growing up so fast!

A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes
You are doing God’s work. You are doing it wonderfully well. He is blessing you, and He will bless you, even — no, especially — when your days and your nights may be most challenging. Like the woman who anonymously, meekly, perhaps even with hesitation and some embarrassment, fought her way through the crowd just to touch the hem of the Master’s garment, so Christ will say to the women who worry and wonder and weep over their responsibility as mothers, ‘Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole.’ And it will make your children whole as well
