Mid July the strawberries and raspberries were both on sale. So I set aside a day to make some freezer jam. I invited Kellie and Heidi to come make some with me. I didn’t think it would take too long.
I grossly underestimated the effort or quantity we would make. We made over 120 jars in one full afternoon. This gave us each 40+ jars, which should last us at least a year (it will probably last Heidi five!). We made raspberry, strawberry, and straw-raspberry. It will be delicious on warm toast this fall!
