A week or so ago Wyatt came home with the news that there was a new (INDOOR!) ferris wheel in town, and he was going to take us all to go ride on it.
So last night was the night. We had an early dinner, then jetted off to enjoy an evening riding the Ferris Wheel. It is located in the new Scheels which just opened a few weeks ago. Scheels is a closer version of Cabelas, complete with (in addition to the ferris wheel) a shooting range, an archery range, several arcades, a giant salt water fish tank that you can walk under, and a plethora of taxidermied animals staring at you in majestic creepiness. 
The ferris wheel was the smallest we’ve been on – only 3 stories. It was perfect. After the ride, we wandered the store, admiring the animals and looking at the fun things to do (I’m thinking date night). I loved it, and I’m definitely adding it to my list of things to do with the kids on bored afternoons.
