Olivia was turning 12. I was planning to let her choose if she wanted to get her ears pierced. (She had actually never asked about it before). Then Wyatt gave me earings for our anniversary, so Olivia and I ended up going and getting our ears pierced together a couple weeks before her birthday. It was fun to spend time doing such a grown up and girly thing with my grown up girly!
