Olivia started middle school. All summer I bemoaned this milestone in her life. But she was thrilled.
THRILLED!
To be moving on into the legit world of big-kid-ness.
On Monday night we went over to the school to find her locker, walk to each of her classrooms, and get a general feel of what lay ahead.
On Tuesday morning she started school – just a half day, mind you – an orientation for 6th graders only to give the students a practice run before the entire middle school student body descended and classes began full course the next day.
I think she is going to do great at middle school. She’ll have that school by the tail in no time.
