This week was a little slow. I cleaned the house and looked around . . . we had no where to go and nothing to do. So, I determined to paint. Remember how I was going to paint one painting a month last year? And I only made it through January. Ha, yeah, well that’s pretty much how my life goes. But January seems to be a little bit slower of a month in my life.
Anyhoo – after I sketched, I painted a little bit. I haven’t painted since then. I hope I will actually get around to finishing this since I think it’s a good start. But I am coming up on February Valentines Art-Project time. So we’ll see.
And in other news, I cleaned/organized/reorganized my art room. I don’t have any before pictures, but if you’ve been to my house, you know this room has been a dysfunctional disaster for the past year. Now I hope to utilize the space and get projects done! THANKS LOVEY-WYATT FOR YOUR HELP! 😀

The back half of the room is cleared of stuff so doors can open AND CLOSE nicely. Hurrah!
