With the cabinets on the trailer, and the trailer hitched to Wyatt’s truck, he was feeling the pressure to get the cabinets at least to the cabin and get that project started. On Tuesday he decided to take the day off and get it done.
I took the kids down to Highland for another sleep over at Grandma’s house. On the way down we went to the Dr.’s. The Dr. pulled in the ultrasound machine so the kids could see Baby Nathaniel. That was fun!
We were able to get all the cabinets off the trailer (with the help of our cabin neighbors, Nosy Mike, and Royce). Then Wyatt was able to demo the kitchen – even getting the old (OLD) stove out, which I was afraid would be the hardest part. Then we moved cabinets around, getting them configured to our liking. Finally, about ten o’clock, we’d done all we could and so we went home (the cabin was torn APART! Plus, I’m like less two weeks away from my due date, and wasn’t interested in sleeping on an uncomfortable matress).
