Here are a couple stories I forgot to write down . . .
A few weeks ago Olivia told Lois she was going to be a witch for Halloween.
She then began to cackle. Lois told her: “You know, Olivia, you really do sound like a witch!”
And Olivia said, very ho-hum-ly: “Thanks. I get it from my mom.”
. . . So now you know what I sound like when you’re not around. 😈 (And sometimes even when you are.)
A few days later we were at the ward Halloween party. Olivia was dressed to the nines in her costume. Her old primary teacher came up to her, very enthusiastic about her costume, and asked:
“Now Olivia, are you a good witch or a bad witch?”
And Olivia told her she was a good witch. But the primary teacher didn’t seem convinced, and asked “Are you sure?”
And Olivia told her, with proof as an offer, “Yes, I’m a good witch. I grant everyone’s wishes. In fact, I’m going to grant your wish. I’m going to make you younger!”
😳
