Olivia has a little friend from the ward, Jaxon. He’s ten months older, and twice her size. Usually when they play, Jaxon and his brother, Logan, run around being boys, and Olivia tries to stay out of the way and watches in awe. Still, she loves to play with both of them, and is remiss to leave their house, and squeals with delight when they show up at ours.
Yesterday they were over here at our house, watching “Cars,” while Kellie & I made cookies, and all of the sudden I hear Jaxon kinda whining. I look over to see what is going on, and I see Jaxon sitting on the floor trying to watch the movie, and Olivia standing over him and leaning down over him. He tried to get up and move away from her, at which point she grabbed him by both shoulders and pushed him back down, and climbed in his lap to give him a hug and kiss. I guess she was taking advantage of a rare quiet moment to show Jaxon how she really feels!
